ANNA GOESSLINGPresident/Owner

As the Owner and President of Arch Express, Anna is a tenacious and kind entrepreneur responsible for the overall operations of the company. Alongside her husband, John, she built Arch Express from one customer to a successful enterprise servicing more than 500 customers in less than two decades.

In her role, Anna develops and administers processes and systems for premium efficiency, effectiveness, and top-tier customer service, and manages business development activities. In addition, she oversees a growing full and part-time 50-member team. Known for her energy, positivity, and infectious laugh, Anna is the face of Arch Express and can often be found answering the phones and interacting with customers.

Prior to founding Arch Express, a certified WBE, Anna worked as a national recruiter for Edward Jones and co-owned a manufacturer's representative company that sold children's clothing and accessories throughout the Midwest.

Anna received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, and has multiple sales certifications. She volunteers and is active in her Parish, Incarnate Word, The American Cancer Society and is a member of the Forest Park Forever Leffingwell Society. She was active in Chaminade College Prep's Mothers' Club and St. Joseph's Academy Mothers' Club when her kids were in high school. When Anna isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, reading, and playing golf.

JOHN GOESSLINGChief Financial Officer

John's pragmatism, wit, and methodical approach guide the business strategy for Arch Express. With his wife Anna, John helped grow Arch Express from one customer to a successful company with more than 500 customers.

As Chief Financial Officer, John is responsible for financial reporting, cash management, financial business strategy, human resources, and more at Arch Express. Customers benefit from John's operational acumen and stringent attention to detail.

Prior to co-founding Arch Express, John held Chief Financial Officer roles for a variety of companies in industries ranging from manufacturing to publishing to transportation. He served as the Vice President of Finance for CDM, Inc., an entity that grew from one to 15 within five years.

John received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting from the University of Missouri in St. Louis, Missouri. John, a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of; the Missouri Society of CPAs, the DeSmet Jesuit High School and the University of Missouri- St Louis Alumni Associations, and the University of Missouri-St Louis Accounting Board. He is active in his Parish, Incarnate Word, and volunteers with the Fisher House Foundation. When John isn't developing financial strategies to benefit Arch Express and its customers, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, reading, and socializing.

Jake GoesslingGENERAL MANAGER

Jake's CPA background and six years of public accounting experience help him develop the systems and processes to ensure Arch Express runs efficiently.

As the son of John and Anna, he grew up around the family business. Jake now plays an instrumental role as General Manager for Arch Express, guiding business development and expanding the customer base.

Jake attended Chaminade College Preparatory and played college baseball at Rockhurst University, where he earned his MBA in accounting. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, reading, and spending time with his wife, Mattie, and their two children, Josiah and Isabella.

Matt BrownDIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Matt brings extensive experience in the courier industry to his role as Director of Operations at Arch Express. He has a proven track record of increasing efficiencies and ensuring timely delivery completion. With experience as both a dispatcher and an operations manager in the courier industry, he has unique—and comprehensive—knowledge about the entire process that benefits Arch Express customers.

As Director of Operations, Matt oversees day-to-day operations, and manages both dispatchers and drivers. Additional responsibilities include tracking and analyzing metrics to improve efficiencies, streamline processes, and ensure the best possible experience for customers.

Matt holds a doctorate in History from Washington University, where he taught a wide variety of courses in modern history and social and political sciences. His teaching background and ability to effectively communicate ideas to diverse audiences undoubtedly contribute to the success of his work at Arch Express. In his free time, Matt enjoys playing golf, Cardinals' baseball, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Brandon MagruderOPERATIONS MANAGER

Brandon is a jack of all trades who utilizes his wealth of career experience to serve customers effectively.

He has been in the courier industry since 1998, where he's worked many roles as a driver, dispatcher, driver recruiter, operations analyst, operations manager, expeditor, CSR supervisor, and warehouse manager. His background serves him well as Operations Manager at Arch Express, giving him a thorough understanding of every team member's role and how they intersect. He excels at building spreadsheets — a must-have skill for his role!

In his free time, he enjoys sci-fi and spending time with his daughter, Ava. He also believes nothing is better than a good dad joke, so ask him for one the next time you connect with him!

Samantha AdamsLEAD DISPATCHER

Samantha's experience as a 911 Dispatcher prepared her well for the fast-paced and deadline-driven courier industry.

At Arch Express, Samantha is responsible for customer service, order entry, dispatching and managing drivers. Her attention to detail coupled with her innate sense of urgency benefits customers.

Samantha graduated from Lindenwood University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. When she is not at work, Samantha enjoys playing volleyball, attending summer concerts, and going to as many St. Louis professional sports games as possible.

Pat BoehmEVENING DISPATCHER

Pat brings two-and-a-half decades of experience in the courier industry to her role as Lead Dispatcher at Arch Express. Her employment history as a driver, dispatcher, order fulfillment specialist, and customer service professional fully developed the broad knowledge base she leverages in her current position.

Specializing in logistics, Pat works closely with John and Anna in the day-to-day operations of the company. She enters orders and dispatches and manages a fleet of drivers. In addition, she is in charge of customer service and troubleshoots issues from both the customer and driver sides.

Pat graduated from Fox High School and started her career at McDonnell Douglas assembling circuit boards for military airplanes and missiles. When she is not at Arch Express, she enjoys doing home improvements and working in the yard.

Marc KennedyCLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Marc brings 8+ years of industry experience to his role as Client Service Representative. He ensures our clients are connected with the services they need for their business to thrive!

A Missouri local through and through, he attended St. Francis Borgia Regional High School in Washington, MO, and graduated from Southeast Missouri State University. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, fishing, hunting, and hiking with his wife, Alicia, and their dog, Maze.

Scott KauffmanWAREHOUSE MANAGER

Scott has held leadership roles throughout his career, actively training employees to ensure team cohesion. As Warehouse Manager at Arch Express, he oversees receiving, distribution, and maintenance operations.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Tulsa. He is an avid sports fan and loves to play golf and cheer for the St. Louis Cardinals and the St. Louis City Soccer Club. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids.

Tim MarchbanksCLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Tim has found his true calling working in dispatch as a Client Service Representative. He held various driving jobs in the 1980s before becoming a courier in 1987. Tim worked his way up to the management level and served in the role until 2004. After a brief stint in the restaurant business with his wife, Tim eventually found his way back to dispatching and joined the Arch Express team in October 2023.

As someone who has accumulated more than 3 million miles of driving time, Tim says the best advice for couriers is to take care of your vehicle so that it does not interfere with your deliveries.

For fun, TIm, a graduate of Fox High School, likes to play poker and spend time with his family and wife, who he married in January 2024 after being together for 32 years.
